Your bed linen will be changed for you every third day. If you would like your bed linen to be changed daily, our housekeeping team will be happy to assist you. You can contact them directly via the quick dial button on the telephone. We are happy to change your towels every day. If you prefer to reuse them, please hang them up.

Radio

The TV device is a combined radio-TV device. By simply switching to the radio function, you can receive a large number of radio stations.

ROOM SERVICE

Our room service is available from 6 a.m. to 11 p.m. Refer to the QR code in your room to browse our menu and place your order via the room service extension or the Marriott Bonvoy app. We’ll deliver your food directly to your room. If you have finished, you are welcome to place your tray in front of the door and please inform our team and we will empty your plates and trolley.
The room service team will be happy to answer any questions or concerns you may have.

SAFE / LOCKERS

Each room is equipped with an in-room safe for your most important personal belongings.
The hotel is liable for the contents of this safe in accordance with the statutory provisions. In particular, the hotel has unlimited liability only for intent and gross negligence on the part of its employees and vicarious agents. Otherwise, the statutory limitations of liability apply in the event of loss, destruction or damage to valuables. Please follow the instructions for use of the safe and ensure that the safe is always properly locked. Reference is made to the possibility of storing valuables in the central safe at reception with appropriate additional insurance. With the use of the safe, the liability conditions are accepted.

SMOKING POLICY

We are happy to provide a smoke-free environment. Smoking in the hotel or in guest rooms is not allowed. A EUR 180,00 recovery fee per incident will be charged for smoking in your guest room and applied to your guest folio. Depending on the condition of the room, we reserve the right to increase the costs accordingly.
Please note that smoking is only permitted on the balcony and terrace and in the designated smoking areas at the main entrance.
