SCHNITZEL WEDNESDAY
Every Wednesday, our chef Sebastian Neiderhell and his team prepare a regional specialty: "Schnitzel Wiener Art“. Choose from different variations of breadcrumb coatings: hazelnut, "Munich style“ with horseradish or parmesan cheese.
When it comes to the ultimate Schnitzel, the quality of meat (typically veal, pork or turkey) is as important as the preparation process. Join the culinary highlight with a regional touch.
