You will find our fitness area in UG0, it is open 24/7 for you. Modern Technogym equipment awaits you, including cardiovascular and weight resistance machines and dumbbells. Free towel service and a water station are also available.

LOST AND FOUND

All lost and found items are stored and managed by our housekeeping team. The hotel assumes no liability for lost items. If you have lost property inquiries, please contact our housekeeping via the quick dial button on the phone.

LUGGAGE

Our lobby host will be happy to take care of your luggage on arrival and departure, you can store your luggage or empty suitcases during your stay at the reception. Feel free to contact our reception team via the speed dial button on the phone for assistance with your luggage.

PETS

On request, you are welcome to bring your pets with you for a surcharge of € 65.00 per pet per stay, a maximum of two pets per room. Please note that pets are not permitted in the restaurant, fitness and spa areas and must be kept on a leash throughout the hotel.

Umbrellas are at your disposal during your stay. You are also welcome to purchase them if you wish.

LAUNDRY SERVICE / DRY CLEANING

We offer full-service laundry, including dry cleaning through a regional partner company. You will find the laundry bag with the laundry label in the closet in your room. Please put your laundry and the note in the bag and contact our housekeeping or reception team via the direct extension on the phone to have the laundry picked up, or bring it to reception by 9:00 a.m. Please note that laundry can be dropped off on Monday, Wednesday or Friday and laundry will also be returned at these intervals. We offer an ironing service 7 days a week. Express ironing is available within one hour (with additional charge). The hotel is only an intermediary for your orders. The laundry company is liable for loss or damage.

SAFE / LOCKERS

Each room is equipped with an in-room safe for your most important personal belongings.
The hotel is liable for the contents of this safe in accordance with the statutory provisions. In particular, the hotel has unlimited liability only for intent and gross negligence on the part of its employees and vicarious agents. Otherwise, the statutory limitations of liability apply in the event of loss, destruction or damage to valuables. Please follow the instructions for use of the safe and ensure that the safe is always properly locked. Reference is made to the possibility of storing valuables in the central safe at reception with appropriate additional insurance. With the use of the safe, the liability conditions are accepted.

SEWING KIT

We are happy to provide you with a sewing kit upon request or offer a sewing service with additional cost.

At the reception you will find a shop where you can buy souvenirs and cosmetic products. From the C&S spa bag to the classic Bavarian beer mug, you will find a great selection to make your loved ones happy at home.

SHUTTLE

For your convenience, we offer an external shuttle service for a fee. Please inform us in advance, to arrange your transportation. Our friendly reception team is happy to assist you with bookings and provide information on prices.

ROOM SERVICE

Our room service is available from 6 a.m. to 11 p.m. Refer to the “Dining” cube in your room to browse our menu and place your order via the room service extension or the Marriott Bonvoy app. We’ll deliver your food directly to your room. If you have finished, you are welcome to place your tray in front of the door and please inform our team and we will empty your plates and trolley.
The room service team will be happy to answer any questions or concerns you may have.
